Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy

At Hoxie Implement Co., Inc., all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds on equipment purchases.

Once a purchase order, sales agreement, or other purchase document has been signed, the order cannot be canceled. By completing and signing the purchase documents, the buyer agrees that the transaction is final and non-refundable.

We encourage all customers to inspect equipment, confirm specifications, and ask any questions prior to signing purchase documents.
